Dear All,
As you are all informed that NCAO food drive 2010 recorded a new milestone by collecting $24000 (non-perishable food items and cash) to benefit the Ottawa food bank. Besides this grand success in collection, coordination team is proud of our community members engagement for this accomplishment. This reflects the commitment and dedication of our members, and support and inspiration from our neighbourhoods, media, business, and local communities.
A wrap-up meeting is planned in the following place and time to share, discuss about this years food drive activities, and to submit suggestions for the future events.. NCAO Food drive Coordination team would like to invite you all in this wrap-up meeting.
Date: Tuesday, 7th September 2010
Time: 6:30-9:30 PM
Place: Ottawa Citizen Hall, Ottawa Citizen, 1101 Baxter Road, Ottawa, ON, K2C 3M4
To make the meeting focussed and outcome oriented, Coordination team would like to request you to forward your comments and suggestion to any member of the coordination team by Friday 3rd September 2010, with focus on the following aspects.
1. What went well?
2. What was tricky and needs improvement?
3. What could be done better differently?
